In my 15+ years of personal healing journey, I always come back to this:

If I don’t allow my voice to speak, to sing or create, I lose my vitality, I become depressed or sick, I become disoriented and sometimes even want to die.

Discovering my voice is not a one time realization or process. It’s a life journey, ever unfolding.

Through the years I’ve learned a lot, been initiated by masters and sat with many teachers, But using my voice, my way, was and remains the place I feel most at home, where my true gift, as well as my greatest challenge, reside.

The workshop I would like to share is composed of 4 “heart beats” of 2-hour sessions, once a week.



Each session will invite us to a deep dive through a topic that is confused, distorted or wrongly viewed, and is at the root of many inhibitions and limitations we took on and got used to living our lives through.

We will explore and inquire :

• the power of prayer

• Stepping into the unknown, and staying .

• Connected we are (the dance of uniqueness and oneness)

• Guiding ourselves into fullness

This entire journey is accompanied by my and your voice, movement and breath work, and songs we will sing and pray together.

Music will be woven within the conversation of remembrance, to make this a practical and real, mind-bypassing experience.
