In the search for inner wholeness
There comes a moment that invites to a recognition, that it IS and always WAS here.
Life had us going on a wild goose chase, again and again tempting us with ideas and projections of the mind - that if we try just a little bit harder, be more persistent, raise our vibration or try something new - we’d get there .
Although the mind and its mechanisms are very convincing, it never delivers. Or if it does, it’s only momentarily, a brief relief - and there we go again ...
The good news is - we do not need to escape the mind in order to embody eternity.
The ability to see the mind's strategies is a BIG thing. It takes us to the edge of the mind's domain,
where a universal wisdom is ignited, is set free and revealed.
The coaching sessions are a sacred space where we listen together to the complexities that life has to offer,
and walk through them, like through a narrow passage - leaving us ‘naked’ on the other side,
in a new dimension of looking, and in an elevated frequency of being.

To this work, because I believe in it. It has impacted my life greatly, took me on an accelerated path of self acceptance and renewed a sense of trust in life and in me.
It does not guarantee I will always be happy, make the right choices, and always succeed. We are human beings, therefore, we feel, we fear, we worry. And many times we also feel pain. It is part of the game of life, and there is an immense wisdom and beauty that lies in-within.
Coaching sessions are not about achieving results for a better you to emerge, rather a much more vital and true intent: To create a clear distinction, between the strategies of mind that shape the way we interact in reality, and the natural flow of life and of love, which is mysterious and unpredictable, and very very real.

About me:
I dedicated my life for my own personal healing, with a focus on freeing my vocal expression. Very quickly and naturally, I started sharing the beauty I encountered, while taking more and more trainings, to be able to guide, teach and serve, in my highest capable way.
In private sessions and in groups, I hold a space that attunes to the soul wisdom, empowers creativity, and invites to an expanded perception of connectedness.
Born and raised in Israel, I am currently living with my husband and our 3 year old daughter in Southern Portugal, by the sea.
